He worked, at a business management consulting company, for time management method development to increase white-color worker productivity, business consultant education to conduct the developed methods, and sales planning and marketing to install the productivity increasing methods in the organizations.

He has experiences in a variety of fields such as new business development and execution, business alliance building with foreign companies and law firms, business/work process engineering, IP system design and development, and IP advisory services at IP consulting companies and IP law firms. He was also board member  at a venture company featuring SOHO and telework.

When he was a university student, he thought Intellectual Property strengthens Japan. To be so, he established this company, thinking the necessity to provide services, reasonable and consistent, for the purposes of business strategy creation integrating general business strategy and IP strategy, action planning and actual execution to achieve the strategy, increasing work efficiency and productivity, and as a result of them increasing IP value and company value.

He has the networking of general and/or IP lawyers more than 180 countries, and can provide solutions to various business management issues in the cooperation with them.
